It is looking very likely that Clan Lindsay (Earls of Crawford) and Clan Murray(Tullibardine, Athol, Dunmore line) have a common ancestor. I have had my dna tested with Family Tree dna, ydna Murray project and match with the Dunmore, Athol line. Common ancestor with me about 800 years ago. My 3rd great grandfather from Sutherlandshire.
