The Scottish Clans Podcast
My name is Clint Edwards. I'm from southeast Idaho. I'm a teacher, a soldier, a family man, and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I served as a missionary for two years in Kentucky, USA. I graduated from Utah State University with a BA in history and from American Military University with an MA in Ancient and Classical History. I have been in the Utah and Idaho Army National Guards, as well as the Army Reserves. I served a tour in Iraq. My training has been in Field Artillery (forward observer), Cavalry Officer, Combat Engineer, and Civil Affairs. I have a beautiful family and consider being a great father and husband the best possible thing I could strive for.
To me, learning history is learning stories. I love good stories. I especially love studying history that I have a personal connection with. I wrote my graduate thesis about the Scottish Clans and this lit a fire within me that I haven't been able to put out. That's why I created this podcast, The Scottish Clans.
